Back Office:

  1. Add a new user with the Role "Call Centre Agent" to any ONE of your stores, only.
    1. Note this user can be used by many call centre agents for now, even concurrently, so it enough to create just one agent.
    2. Best to name this user "Call Agent" or something similar as this name will be shown in the top right hand corner when placing the order.
    3. App Store > Call Centre : Subscribe
    4. At Company level, Setup >Online Ordering > Domain - Now enter a domain you would like for the call centre ending with We would recommend using format
